Inoue Clinic
Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, Endoscopy, and Surgery
Characteristics of Our Clinic
At Inoue Clinic, we provide a wide range of medical services, including accurate diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses such as the common cold and gastroenteritis, surgical procedures for injuries and burns, prevention and treatment of chronic systemic diseases, and early detection of malignant conditions.
Our endoscopic examinations (gastroscopy and colonoscopy) are performed by experienced physicians with a high volume of cases, ensuring safety while minimizing discomfort. We tailor our methods to each patient’s unique physique, such as nasal structure and intestinal length. When necessary, we administer intravenous analgesics or sedatives to provide a pain-free and secure examination environment.

We treat conditions such as Gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastritis, gastric ulcers, gastric cancer, ulcerative colitis, colon polyps, colorectal cancer, and abnormal liver function.
Endoscopy
Examination, diagnosis, and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.
Gastroscopy
We use transnasal or transoral endoscopes with sedatives to minimize discomfort and pain, enabling early detection of polyps, cancer, ulcers, and inflammation.
Colonoscopy
Our advanced insertion techniques, combined with intravenous anesthesia and painkillers, ensure a low-distress examination. If polyps are found, they can be removed on the spot.
Surgery
Surgical treatment includes cuts and burns, removal of subcutaneous tumors (atheromas, lipomas), and treatment of skin conditions (eczema, acne). We also treat ingrown nails, nail-around inflammation, and proctological issues such as hemorrhoids and anal pain/itching.
